The 12th recruit of the summer was presented to fans by Nice on Sunday night, after Ross Barkley was added to their roster on a free transfer.
The 28-year-old scored 12 goals after he joined the Blues.

The French club said that Ross Barkley had joined OGC Nice on a free transfer after four-and-a-half years.
He can join the Aiglons as he was out of contract when the summer transfer window closed.
One of English football’s most highly rated players, but never established himself as a regular at the club, spent a season on loan with Villa in 2020-21.
The Nice fans were presented to the England international before the Riviera derby against Monaco, which Monaco won.
Nice had five points from six games, leaving them in 16th place. They are going to host Cologne in their group opener on Thursday.
